Double Dutch Specialty Shows
NOTE: due to the overwhelming response to the show, we are expecting high numbers of open entries. At this point, we will run Show A first, then Show B. There will probably be judging on three or four tables simultaneously, please cage your rabbits by variety to try and streamline the process of being able to get your rabbits to and from the table. This is a carrier show and there will not be runners.

Pre entry forms will include number of rabbits entered only.

Open will start with Show A at 9:00, with Show B following in the afternoon. It is anticipated that there may be three or four tables being judged simultaneously. As this is a carrier show, the exhibitor is responsible for getting and retrieving his/her rabbits to the table. Announcements will be made when a judge is ready, if there are not the required number of rabbits for a class, a last call announcement will be made. Five minutes after last call the class will be closed and any late arrivals will be turned away. It is suggested that you cage and label your rabbits by variety, so if you need help getting rabbits to the tables others will be able to assist you.
Youth will start with Show A at 9:00, with Show B following in the afternoon.
Note: those that wish to arrive Friday night, cooping will be available on the fairgrounds at no charge. Cooping will be in a separate building than the show itself, so this is still considered a carrier show.
Food will be available in the show building.

The Micro Inn is about 20 minutes away from the fairgrounds.

One Queen bed for $53.10 plus taxes
Two Queen beds for $62.10 plus taxes
You must mention that you are asking for the special rates reserved by the Michigan Dutch Rabbit Club and must be reserved prior to September 1st. They do offer a continental breakfast starting at 6:30 A.M.
